1. Who we are

Softmarche is a social media management tool operated by CIN Universe.

2. What data we collect

• Facebook Page names and Page IDs
• Instagram Business account IDs
• Access tokens provided by Meta to post on your behalf
• Post content such as captions, image URLs, and scheduled times that you enter into the app
• Post performance metrics such as likes, reach, and impressions fetched from Meta

3. How we use your data

We use this data solely to:

• Publish and schedule posts to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
• Display posting history and performance analytics to your team
• Send automated posts at scheduled times on your behalf

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. The only external service we communicate with is Meta (Facebook/Instagram) via their official Graph API to perform posting and retrieve analytics.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in a hosted MySQL Server database. Access tokens are stored to maintain your connection to Meta and are never shared outside the application.

6. Your rights

You can disconnect your Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time from within the app. This removes your access token from our system.
